About HiTerra
- What is HiTerra?
- A smart-farming platform for Malaysia and Southeast Asia. It turns soil samples, field tasks and lab results into guidance your team can act on — from a single habitat to an entire estate.
- Who is it for?
- Farmers, plantation and estate teams, and the agronomists and partner labs who work alongside them. Everything is built around the habitat record, so it fits one block as readily as a whole operation.
- Which markets do you cover?
- Malaysia and Indonesia today.
Getting started
- How do I get a demo?
- Use the contact form and tell us roughly what you grow and at what scale. That is enough for us to come back with something relevant rather than a generic walkthrough.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on the size of your operation and which parts of the platform you use, so we quote per operation rather than publish a table. Ask through the contact form and we will talk it through.
- Is there an API?
- Yes. TerraSDK is the developer entry point — API access, farm data streams and integration into your own products. The Developers page has the details.
Practical
- What languages is this available in?
- English, Bahasa Melayu and 简体中文. Switch language from the header on any page, or from the row at the bottom of the footer.
- How is my data handled?
- Analytics stay off until you accept them — nothing tracks you before that. What is collected and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.
- What is a carbon credit?
- A tradable certificate representing the reduction or removal of one tonne of carbon-dioxide equivalent, used to offset emissions elsewhere. HiTerra's part is the record-keeping — tracking the practices and measurements a carbon programme needs, automatically, as you farm.
- Where are updates announced?
- Product news goes on the Blog, notes from the field on the Journal, and changes to this website on the Changelog.
